What is Istanbul Coffee Festival?
Istanbul Coffee Festival is an experience-oriented festival that brings consumers together with the new generation coffee trend, traditional coffee culture and the lifestyle emerged from the new generation coffee trend via interactive workshops, seminars, acoustic workshops, exhibitions and many other interesting events.
Where and when does it take place?
Istanbul Coffee Festival will take place in KüçükÇiftlik Park between 20-21-22-23 September.
What does my ticket include?
There are 3 categories of tickets. Your ticket includes all of the free events, treats of the brands, seminars and workshops of the session of your ticket.
Session ticket: 4 hours
Whole day: 8 hours
Combined: 4 full-days
How can I join to the programs?
All of the events of the festival are free.
What is SCA Turkey Coffee Championship?
The Turkey qualifications of the only world-wide official organization on coffee World Coffee Events is performed by SCA Turkey. SCA Turkey Coffee Championship will take place in the festival with the following 5 category.

How can I access the festival area?
You can easily reach to the festival area by using metro, city-line ferries, dolmush and commercial vehicles.
Is there an age limit?
Children under 18 years can enter to the festival area with their parents. A ticket fee will not be charged from children under 12.
Is there any area specific to children?
There is no specific area for children. They can tour the festival area with their parents.
Can we enter to the festival area with our pets?
For security reasons, pets can enter to the festival area only if they have their muzzles with them.
Is there a cloakroom?
There is no cloakroom in the festival area.
Can I bring food and beverages to the festival area?
Neither food nor beverages from outside are allowed in to the festival area for security reasons.
Will there be a place to buy food in the festival area?
You can buy food from the Food Court of the festival area.
Can I return my ticket?
There will be no ticket refund, ticket cancellation or ticket changing as long as the festival is not cancelled or postponed.
Security
There will be private security guards in the festival area for security reasons. If you see or fell a problem for security please immediately contact the security units or the police.
First-aid
There will be a health team in the festival area to support you for health. Please contact the security guards in case of an emergency.
In Case of Fire
There are fire extinction systems in the festival area. Please follow the people who will lead you in case of fire or evacuation.
Glass and Sharp Objects
It is strictly forbidden to bring glass and sharp objects to the festival area.
Information Desk
There are information desks in the festival area. You can ask your questions to the people in charge of the information desk or to the mobile team of the festival area.
Please bring the lost properties you found in the festival area to the people in charge of the festival area or to the information desks which are in the entrance/exit area. You can contact 0216 469 4858 for lost properties. The lost properties will be preserved for 3 months.

Will there be photo/video shoot during the festival?
Yes, ICF cameraman and photographer team will be in the festival area during the festival.
Photo, Video, Sound Recording and Children
The protection of the children is our first priority in case of the usage of the content recorded during the festival. We are strictly following the NSPCC rules for the usage of the videos and photographs shot during the festival, and we are not using any video and photograph without taking permission from the people who were recorded.
Private Photo and Video Shoot
I hope you will understand our sensitivity for protecting the integrity of the festival and the participants. The participants should follow some rules for shooting photos and videos in the festival area. The photos and videos shot from cellphones can only be used for private use. It is not permitted to use the photos and videos shot in the festival area for advertisement or commercial purposes. Please respect the privacy of the participants who would not want to be in the photos and videos. Please do not bring professional equipment to the festival area. Please pay attention to the health and security rules.
